When it comes to building your dream home, location is a very important factor, but it isn't the only factor that goes into choosing the perfect lot for your future house. The relative elevation of the lot, and the ground cover, and size will all effect the kind of house that is built.

We maintain a general knowledge of the lots available for purchase within our preferred neighborhoods of Hyde Park and Rollingwood, but we're open to building on the lot of your choice if you find one elsewhere. Sometimes the location on which you decide to build has an existing home, and in that case Hassaw Homes can either do a tear down and build your home from scratch or work with the existing home and design a large scale renovation.

We are able to work with nearly any lot, and in all cases we strive to maintain as many shade trees as possible.
